Architecture before code
The expensive mistakes in software are structural, and they are made in the first two weeks. We design the system before we build it, and we write down why — so the reasoning survives staff changes.
Say no to the wrong scope
A partner who agrees to everything is not protecting your budget. If a requested feature will not move the outcome you described, we will say so before it is built rather than after.

MaviCode grew out of delivery work, not a business plan. Every capability we offer was added because a client needed it and we chose to learn it properly.

One engineer, idea to deployment
I'm Shivam, the founder of MaviCode. I work across full-stack engineering, product development, AI integration, cloud infrastructure and UI/UX — staying closely involved from the initial idea to the final deployment.
I started MaviCode to build more than just software projects. The vision is to create a technology company that businesses can trust to turn ambitious ideas into reliable, scalable and beautifully crafted digital products.
